1 Ted Franklin Faulkner and Stephen Ray Young, appellants, were found guilty, in Case No. CRF-78-3172 in the Tulsa County District Court, of Robbery with Firearms, in violation of 21 O.S. 1981 ? 801 [21-801]. The trial court assessed punishment, in accordance with the jurys verdict, at ninety-nine (99) years in custody of the State Department of Corrections. From this verdict and sentence the appellants have conjointly perfected this appeal.
